How to hard reset Samsung Galaxy A5?

- Press Power key to confirm.
- Highlight ‘YES – delete all user data‘, then confirm again with Power key.
- Wait until the process ends.

- Tap Settings.
- Tap Backup and Settings.
- Tap Factory Data Reset.
